2 The Crofts
Corbridge, Northumberland
**** 3 nights for the price of 2: until the end of March take advantage of 3 nights bed and breakfast for the price of 2! That's three nights B&B with full English breakfast for two people for just £120.

You will receive a very warm welcome from Liz Hagger at 2 The Crofts, a traditional large Victorian terraced house, situated in a quiet location on the edge of the village of Corbridge with parking on the private lane.
We have two guest rooms. The double room is a large room with original mouldings and ornate wardrobe doors and a king-sized bed with room for an additional Z bed if required. The twin room has a cosy feel with view over the garden.
Facilities in both rooms are similar with hospitality tray, flat screen television, radio/CD player & hair dryer. Both rooms have newly built en suite shower rooms with power showers, heated mirrors and complementary toiletries.
Lonely Planet England gave us a really good review: "Breakfast is excellent." That was based on our original room and the new rooms are even better.
Breakfast will set you up for the day and has the options of a full English breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, vegetarian options or lighter breakfast according to your preference. Cereals, fruit juice, fruit, tea and coffee are always available. Bread is home-made. Home-made Swiss Bircher Muesli is often available. We are happy to cater for special diets with notice. Light suppers and packed lunches can also be supplied given notice.
If you are walking, cycling or golfing, we are happy to store your equipment and dry wet clothes or boots.
Corbridge itself is a lovely village in the Tyne valley dating from Roman times when a supply fort was built for Hadrian’s Wall and the church dates back to the sixth century. Take time to explore and then relax in one of the pubs or coffee shops. There are several speciality shops, where you will find goods out of the ordinary.
If travelling on public transport, the AD122 bus is a good way to visit the Roman sites and for access to Newcastle, Hexham and Carlisle, the 685 bus stops on Newcastle Road at The Crofts just yards from the house.
